Quick answer: Open Analytics to see cross-campaign performance, contact growth, and content metrics with charts and trends. Choose a date range (7/30/90 days, custom, or year-to-date), review key metrics, and export reports as CSV or PDF to share with your team.

While each campaign has its own analytics, the Analytics Dashboard gives you the big picture across everything — so you can spot trends and make data-driven decisions.

What the dashboard shows

  • Key metrics — total and active campaigns, emails sent, open/click/reply rates, contact growth.
  • Campaign analytics — performance, engagement, conversion, and ROI views.
  • Contact analytics — growth, status distribution, engagement, and source.
  • Content analytics — generation stats, performance, and usage.
  • Visualizations — line charts (trends), bar charts (comparisons), pie charts (distribution), area charts (volume).

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Analytics.
  2. Choose a date range — last 7/30/90 days, custom, or year-to-date.
  3. Review key metrics and charts.
  4. Compare periods to spot trends.
  5. Export a report (CSV/PDF) to share.

How to export reports

  1. Select your date range.
  2. Choose the metrics to include.
  3. Click Export and download the report.

Best practices

  • Review weekly to stay ahead of trends.
  • Compare time periods rather than reading single snapshots.
  • Share exported reports with stakeholders.
  • Use insights to rebalance targeting, content, and cadence.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a single campaign's analytics?

The Analytics Dashboard aggregates performance across all campaigns, contacts, and content; a campaign's Analytics tab shows just that campaign. Use both together.

What date ranges can I view?

Last 7, 30, or 90 days, a custom range, or year-to-date.

Can I export the data?

Yes — select a date range and metrics, then export to CSV or PDF.
