What is OutreachBox Desktop?
OutreachBox Desktop is a Mac app that runs 20 role-based AI marketing and sales agents in a real browser signed in with your accounts. They prospect, write, engage on social and community sites, and report back, in parallel, and they pause for your approval before anything is sent or posted.

Open the DMG, drag the app to Applications, and sign in with your OutreachBox account. Your workspace, team and brand come with you.

What is OutreachBox Desktop?
OutreachBox Desktop is a Mac app that runs 20 role-based AI marketing and sales agents in a real browser signed in with your accounts. They prospect, write, engage on social and community sites, and report back, in parallel, and they pause for your approval before anything is sent or posted.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac with Apple silicon or an Intel processor running macOS 12 or later. The download button picks the right build when your browser can tell; the other build is linked right under it.
Do I need an OutreachBox account?
Yes. You sign in with OutreachBox, and the app uses your workspace, team roles, shared accounts and brand. The desktop app is included on the Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans, and each person can use it on up to three Macs unless your plan sets a different limit.
Will the agents post or send email without asking?
Not by default. Clicking Send, Post, Comment, Connect and similar buttons pauses the run until someone with the right role approves it, from the Mac or from OutreachBox Mobile. You can allow specific actions per agent once you trust them.
Where are my passwords and sessions kept?
On your Mac, in an encrypted vault. Logins you share with your team are encrypted end to end before they leave the device, so OutreachBox stores only ciphertext and approved teammates decrypt them locally.
Which AI models does it use?
OutreachBox AI by default, with credits included in your plan. You can also add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or xAI key, or use a local model through an OpenAI-compatible server.
Is there a Windows version?
Not yet. OutreachBox Desktop is Mac only today. On Windows or Linux, the OutreachBox web app runs the same agents, workflows and approvals in your browser.
