Overview
The Dashboard is your central command center in OutreachBox. It provides a comprehensive overview of your marketing activities, campaigns, agents, and key metrics at a glance.

Dashboard Sections
Statistics Cards
The dashboard displays key metrics in easy-to-read cards:
- Influencer Campaigns: Active influencer campaigns and total count
- SEO Campaigns: Active SEO campaigns and total count
- Sales Campaigns: Active sales campaigns and total count
- Total Agents: Number of AI agents and active agents
Each card is clickable and will navigate you to the relevant section.
Campaign Performance Chart
A bar chart showing:
- Average prospects found by search type
- Performance comparison across different campaign types
- Visual representation of campaign effectiveness
Weekly Activity Chart
A line chart displaying:
- Prospects found over the last 7 days
- Campaigns created over the last 7 days
- Trend analysis for planning
Contact Status Updates
A detailed breakdown of contact statuses:
- Contacts: Status distribution (active, unsubscribed, bounced, etc.)
- Prospects: Prospect status updates
- Influencers: Influencer status updates
Todo List
- Create and manage tasks
- Track important to-dos
- Stay organized with your daily activities
Notes
- Quick note-taking functionality
- Important reminders and information
- Easy access to your notes
Recent Activity
A chronological list of recent activities:
- Recent campaigns (with status indicators)
- Recent agents (with status indicators)
- Timestamps showing when activities occurred
- Quick navigation to activity details
Using the Dashboard
Viewing Statistics
- Statistics are automatically loaded when you visit the dashboard
- Click any statistic card to navigate to the detailed view
- Hover over charts for detailed information
Understanding Charts
- Bar Charts: Show comparisons between different categories
- Line Charts: Display trends over time
- Color Coding:
- Green: Completed/Successful
- Yellow: Active/In Progress
- Red: Failed/Issues
- Blue: Planning/Draft
Managing Todos
- Use the Todo List widget on the dashboard
- Add new tasks as needed
- Mark tasks as complete when finished
- Remove completed tasks
Taking Notes
- Use the Notes widget on the dashboard
- Add quick notes and reminders
- Edit or delete notes as needed
Dashboard Data
The dashboard automatically refreshes data using:
- Cache-first strategy: Fast loading with cached data
- Network updates: Fresh data fetched in the background
- Real-time updates: Some data updates in real-time via subscriptions
Customization
Currently, the dashboard layout is standardized. Future updates may include:
- Customizable widget placement
- Personal dashboard layouts
- Custom date ranges for charts
Troubleshooting
Data Not Loading
- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Clear browser cache if issues persist
- Contact support if problems continue
Charts Not Displaying
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled
- Check browser console for errors
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache
Missing Data
- Some sections may show "No data" if you haven't created any items yet
- Create your first campaign, agent, or contact to see data
- Data appears as you use the application
