Accessing Workflows
Navigate to Workflows from the main menu.
Creating a Workflow
From Template
- Click New Workflow
- Choose From Template
- Browse workflow templates
- Select a template
- Customize as needed
- Save workflow
From Scratch
- Click New Workflow
- Choose Build from Scratch
- Start with a blank workflow
- Add triggers and actions
- Connect nodes
- Configure settings
- Save workflow

Manual Execution
- Open workflow
- Click Execute button

Scheduled Execution
- Add Schedule Trigger
- Configure schedule:
- Daily, weekly, monthly
- Specific times
- Timezone
- Workflow runs automatically
- View execution history
Event-Triggered Execution
- Add Event Trigger
- Select event type
- Configure event conditions
- Workflow runs when event occurs
Workflow Status
Workflows can be:
- Active: Enabled and running
- Inactive: Disabled
- Draft: Not yet activated
- Error: Has errors
Activating Workflows
- Open workflow
- Click Activate button
- Workflow becomes active
- Starts executing based on triggers
Deactivating Workflows
- Click Deactivate button
- Workflow stops executing
- Can be reactivated later

Viewing Executions
- Open workflow
- Go to Executions tab
- View execution history:
- Execution date/time
- Status (success/failed)
- Duration
- Input/output data
Execution Details
Click on execution to view:
- Execution timeline
- Node execution status
- Data at each step
- Errors if any
- Performance metrics

- Open workflow
- Click Edit
- Modify workflow structure

- Click Duplicate button
- Workflow is copied
